Rob Wegner

Rob Wegner is one of the most networked figures in the contemporary North American microchurch and church-multiplication conversation. For roughly **a quarter-century at Granger Community Church** in northern Indiana — under founding pastor Mark Beeson — he served as **Teaching Pastor / Pastor of Life Mission**, with a brief from the senior team to "call the people of God to get out of their seat and into the Story" (per [robwegner.org/about](https://robwegner.org/about/)). During that period he co-led EnterMission, partnered with **Alan Hirsch** to start the **Future Travelers** coaching program for megachurches becoming missional movements, co-authored *Missional Moves* (Zondervan, 2012) with Granger colleague Jack Magruder, and went to India repeatedly with his wife **Michelle Wegner** and their three daughters to document a Granger-seeded grassroots church-planting movement that grew to over 120,000 disciples in 950+ churches across southern India. That India experience reshaped his ecclesial vision and produced *Share the Well*, the photo-essay book he and Michelle co-authored.
