The Weekly Engine
Every week, the cohort undergoes a rigorous 7-step pedagogical loop designed to move knowledge from the head to the hands.
Dissonance
A jarring encounter with the missional reality.
Concept
Theology that addresses the disruption.
Witness
Observing the concept lived out in practice.
Practice
Direct action in your specific context.
Reflection
Theological processing of the experience.
Cohort Learning
Shared insights and mutual accountability.
Integration
Anchoring the new rhythm into daily life.
Facilitated Journey
Not an instructor, but a guide who has walked the path before you.
Social Reinforcement
Transformation happens in community. The cohort provides the necessary friction and support.
Designed for Immersion, Not Observation.
The Theological Practicum replaces the lecture hall with a laboratory. Each cohort is led by a trained facilitator whose role is to steward the process of discovery, not simply deliver content.
