Reaching an entire city or metropolitan region cannot be accomplished by a single megachurch; it requires an underground ecosystem of multiplying microchurches filling every relational pocket. Wegner articulates the architecture of the Kansas City Underground: missionary disciple-makers planting microchurches supported by decentralized hubs and shared coaching infrastructure. A reader learns to cast a citywide vision, build an equipping canopy, and mobilize hundreds of micro-movements to reach every neighborhood and micro-culture.
